In 2024, we introduced the French Tacos experience to India, setting a new standard for premium street food. Today, we're recognized for our authentic flavors, uncompromising quality, and passion for serving the best French Tacos in the country.

Every great brand begins with a story mine started in France.

I'm Gaurav Khatana, founder of Savaya. I was in France to master the art of classical French cuisine, but I fell in love with the magic of late night street food juicy meat, crispy fries, and rich cheese sauce wrapped in a warm tortilla. That experience sparked an idea to bring French tacos to India.

I stayed back and mastered the authentic French technique from local street stalls. Then I brought it to Gurugram taking that iconic French taco and elevating it with a signature Indian twist made for our palate.
